During this phase, D’Vacor will consult with you to gain an understanding of your vision for your design project or event.
By collaborating, in brain storming sessions, our team will develop ideas that will visually express the creative core message.
Graphic Design
Every choice from layout, images and color, to type size and style is made with your project in mind. Once the best ideas are chosen, we will develop initial concepts that will be presented for review.
Event Management
By understanding your goals, project scope, and desired outcomes, D’Vacor will be able to successfully organize and manage an impactful event for your business that will deliver the outcomes you want.
CONCEPT APPROVAL AND INITIAL PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Following the design concept stage, D’Vacor will work to turn concepts into a comprehensive design.
At this stage, D’Vacor will:
- Select a design concept for fine-tuning
- Incorporate your feedback and revisions into your project design
- For Website projects, we will:
- Create site breakdown – final site map, menu layout, color palette, site navigation, illustration and image needs
- Research, select and setup hosting
- Install content management system (CMS) theme
- Install any related tools, software and plug-ins
- Review programming expectations and limitations
- Develop site artwork
Just because Your website has launched, it does not mean the job is finished. D’Vacor will ensure your site is continues to work properly.
At this stage, D’Vacor will:
- Security Updates
- Provide minor text and image changes as needed
- Maintain regular updates to theme and plugins
- Ensure SSL is in compliance
- Upgrade CMS as needed
- Upgrade PHP as needed
- Provide you with Domain & Hosting Renewal Notices if we host your site on our server
- And more
Note: Website Maintenance is performed on a monthly on a separate yearly contract.
